Rep Coordinator Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service to all reps and customers by supporting them in an efficient and effective manner. Assist customers and manufacturers with questions and resolves issues as they arise. Provide assistance to customers by answering questions, placing orders, responding to special request and troubleshooting issues as they happen to arise. Act as a liaison between Lakeshirts and Sales Reps by providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. Must troubleshoot orders and be able to regularly communicate issues, concerns, problem solving solutions and actions taken with the guidance of the Customer Service Lead.  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Essential Job Functions:
• Multi-tasking, attention to detail.
• Quick response and ability to handle high pressure.
• Sales and negotiating skills.
• Analyze orders to identify possible issues or questions that could arise.
• Provide courteous and professional service.
• Work with all departments including art, shipping, production, accounting, etc.
• Work with customers and reps to handle and resolve all in house issues.
• Make sure to get all orders produced correctly and on time.
• Handle all customer issues like credit requests, pricing issues and order delays.
• Independent decision making skills with reason and good judgment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Works actively with others to get the issue resolved.
• Excellent listening skills.

• High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Must have computer skills including excel and access experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through.
