Job Summary:


Under the direction of the Screen Print Supervisor, this position is accountable for overall supervision and productivity of assigned screen print cell teams. Communicate with team members regarding priorities, work load and deadlines.  Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm           OT as needed


Essential Job Functions:


  • Ensure team members are appropriately trained in the areas of job responsibility, safety, and company policy
  • Motivate all team members to achieve personal and department success
  • Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality; keeping Celeritime updated and processing bi-weekly payroll sign-off procedures
  • Conducts weekly check-ins with team and reports performance/attendance issues to Screen Print Supervisor
  • Conduct quarterly performance and yearly increase reviews with employees in conjunction with Screen Print Supervisor
  • Manage and direct daily priorities set by Screen Print Supervisor
  • Understanding and utilizing production reports and work orders to organize and manage priorities
  • Requesting help from other areas to meet goals
  • Maintain Lakeshirts' acceptable standard of quality; meeting goals in the area of garments per employee hour, on time percentages and error rate
  • Follows safety practices. Identifies problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
  • Works actively with others in the department and company to achieve positive results  
  • Other duties as assigned






  • High school education or GED
  • Supervisory background/experience required
  • Must have strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to get results through the team
  • Must have knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem resolution, sound judgment, pro-active, people-oriented, flexible, organized, diplomatic, strong listening skills, reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, and result oriented  
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Hours must be flexible according to workloads
  • Must be highly organized with ability to work with deadlines and changing priorities
  • Must have 3 attendance points or less


Cognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job:


Employee must be able to see, hear, read and write.  Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities, reasoning.
