Job Summary:


This position will be responsible for entering new embroidery orders on the digitizing computer system and testing the results for quality and efficiency. Work with embroidery operators and artists to gather insight to resolve embroidery design issues. Follow through on orders to ensure designs, meet the objectives, deadlines and technical abilities of embroidery.   Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm



Essential Job Functions:


  • Reviews orders entered on the computer system for accuracy of spelling, size, numbers, etc
  • Enters and sets name drops on designs
  • Focuses on machine efficiency and productivity (size and stitch count including pricing)
  • Creates digitized designs from prepared artwork through use of the digitizing system
  • Tests digitized designs on the embroidery machine for quality and efficiency
  • Makes changes as necessary to existing designs for improvement in speed and quality
  • Design problem solving, contacts rep coordinator with potential problems with design in pricing, colors of threads and fabrics used
  • Updates price levels and stitch count in Syspro
  • Performs additional duties as assigned




  • High school diploma required
  • 2 year art-related degree preferred
  • Digitizing software experience in Pulse and Focus recommended
  • Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team and be a self starter, proactive
  • Must have an eye for design composition and layout
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and deadlines is crucial
