Under the direction supervision of the General Manager, this sales focused position is responsible for all aspects of customer service, both internally and externally, including all incoming calls and walk in traffic. This position is responsible for handling all customer service related calls, helping to
increase sales and provide efficient and excellent customer service by responding to requests, solving problems and writing orders. Responsible for prospecting new accounts, growing existing business including working towards the development of identified markets to grow. Maintaining a working knowledge of all designs, body styles, and price information in order to effectively sell and support customers. Versatile in handling interruptions, negotiating, and communicating both verbal and written. The ability to creatively and positively problem solve, and have an excellent attention to detail. We're looking for someone who wants to love their job and is capable of having fun performing it while supporting the team in an effective and efficient manner, enabling them to produce high quality results.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Promptly receives and transfers calls using proper business telephone etiquette
  • Greeting customers, and any walk-in traffic
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering questions, placing orders, responding to special request and troubleshooting issues as they happen to arise
  • Troubleshoot orders and regularly communicate issues, concerns, problem solving solutions and actions taken with the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Create goals and map plan for future, this includes creating appropriate timelines for achieving and assessing progress of goals
  • Cold call potential accounts
  • Submit orders accurately and within a timely basis
  • Provide courteous and professional service
  • Work actively with others, internally & externally, to get issues resolved
  • Data mine and gather information on potential accounts
  • Finding leads and consistently adding to customer base
  • Provide administrative support to office staff
  • Works on special projects as assigned
  • Management of office supplies (inventory and ordering)
  • Anticipating needs and a desire to help
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in sales, customer service or retail for 2 years or more required
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Quick response and ability to handle high pressure
  • Independent decision making skills with reason and good judgment
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
  • Must have computer skills including Microsoft Excel and word experience
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Air and road travel required must have a valid driver's license
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
