Job Summary:


Lakeshirts has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for coordinating artwork submissions to and from VLead, a company based in India that specializes in art conversions and digitizing. 

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Comb Embroidery task list daily and send applicable art to VLead via their VIS Portal
  • Create design numbers for art being sent to VLead as needed
  • Compile clear design details per graphic to be sent with art files
  • Coordinate the collection of base design files, fonts and design information pertinent to converting art
  • Zip all necessary files together and send as a job to VLead via their VIS Portal
  • Coordinate sample design approval with VLead and Production Artist prior to completion of all conversions
  • Ensure jobs are being worked on in the proper order based on customer ship dates
  • Communicate approvals, design updates, quality issues, questions, and priorities with VLead
  • Monitor turn times for design completion from VLead
  • Monitor turn times for design review and processing internally
  • Work with internal staff on utilizing VLead to their fullest potential (photo editing, etc)
  • Balance monthly invoices from VLead to ensure accuracy
  • Meet with VLead representatives as arranged to check progress and discuss future needs
  • Review processes periodically to increase efficiency




  • High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High Attention to detail
  • Independent decision making skills with reason and good judgment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, and internet experience required
  • Type 45+ words per minute
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral 


Cognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job:

Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.  Requires good judgment, people-oriented, flexible organized diplomatic, reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, helpful, patience.
