Our Tagging Coordinator is a critical data entry position on our High Post Production (HPP) team, responsible for the entry, generation and maintenance of UPC numbers/stickers/labels and outgoing SPS/EDI data and proofing vendor guides. This position is approximately 85% Tagging/SPS and 15% HPP Kitting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 4pm

Essential Job Functions | Data Entry + Tagging Workflow + Communication

  • Check in daily with supervisor regarding workload
  • Enter and maintain all data for customers needing UPC stickers/tags
  • Be the Lakeshirts expert on Bartender software, SPS, EDI or other UPC tag generation software that is used
  • Enter and process all outgoing EDI information for ASN's, etc.
  • Assist with requirements documents, employee training and maintenance of customers utilizing EDI through analyzing vendor guides and updates
  • Read and understand work orders to ensure each account is processed correctly
  • Communicate any large scale errors to the HPP Supervisor
  • Assist on the production floor approximately 15% of the shift time, unless directed differently by Supervisor
  • Assist with Hot Market Manifest along with printing PO copies and UPC for Hot Market
  • Assist parts billing and invoicing through Zion

Qualifications | Excellent Computer Skills + High Attention to Detail + Thrives in Fast-Pace

  • High school diploma; some college courses preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word is required
  • Previous production experience preferred, but not required
  • Attention to detail and deadlines is crucial
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work well independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem resolution, sound judgment, proactive, people-oriented, flexible, organized, diplomatic, strong listening skills, reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, and results-oriented
  • Must be highly organized with ability to work with deadlines and changing priorities
  • Hours must be flexible according to workloads during Hot Market
