We're looking for a creativity-driven individual to WOW Our Customers through their passion for great design and attention to detail. This position is responsible for assisting the Resort Creative Director with product-focused initiatives and administrative projects.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Essential Job Functions | Data Entry + Design Review + Assist & Execute Merchandising

  • Enter art requests for fill ins and art packs for completion by art staff
  • Work with artists to ensure deadlines are met
  • Clearly communicate design updates from sample and art reviews to artists
  • Confirm updates to art are completed and correct
  • Research trademark infringements and work with legal team to resolve (cease and desists)
  • Travel to territories to gain understanding and assess needs
  • Compile and organize notes and data from territory visits post for internal review
  • Review processes and adjust for efficiency gains
  • Assist with design review & press approvals as needed
  • Work with sample coordinator on new design prep and entry
  • Lead + drive + do : organization (set-up, tear-down, etc...) and continual maintenance of merchandising showroom(s) and resort show booths
  • Develop and coordinate color stories/collections for display

Qualifications | Eye for Fashion + Attention to Detail + Creativity + Collaboration

  • High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, and internet experience required
  • Type 45+ words per minute
  • Must have an eye for fashion
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Must be flexible and able to change daily priorities
  • Independent decision making skills with reason and good judgment
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
