We're looking for a big-picture thinker who is strategic, creative, and hands-on to lead a high-performing team in developing and executing bold, brand-forward marketing strategies that drive growth across all business channels. This role is equal parts vision and execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS | Lead the Team + Execute Strategies + Brand Growth
- Set and own the marketing vision, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy across divisions and channels
- Champion the Lakeshirts, Blue 84, Zephyr, Aksels, EMI-TGT, Altered Latitudes, Lakegirl & Yesterdays brands-shaping how the world sees, feels, and connects with us
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of marketers, creatives, and digital pros
- Oversee and integrate all marketing functions, including but not limited to:
- Brand strategy & campaign development
- Digital marketing, CMS, SEO, chat bot optimization and email strategy
- Social media, influencer outreach, and online community
- Content creation and storytelling (visual, written, and video)
- Print collateral and catalog development
- Website strategy, UX and visual design
- Internal and external communications, including PR
- Build annual marketing plans that align with company growth goals, product launches, and key market opportunities
- Lead projects for signage and display marketing, ensuring impactful trade show presentations, effective customer displays, and cohesive concept shop experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Line Development, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure brand and customer alignment
- Drive use of marketing technology, analytics, and reporting tools to measure performance, ROI, and brand health
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and help keep us both current and distinctly different
- Manage marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships
- Lead department in being curious explorers of all AI developments and a fierce champion of implementation
QUALIFICATIONS | Big Picture Thinker + Creative to the Max + Ideate, then Execute
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding and proven success with branding principles, market analysis, and digital marketing, backed by 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Industry experience in apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading integrated marketing strategy from idea through execution
- Proven success managing brand identity and positioning in a growth-oriented business
- High level of digital fluency: web, email, SEO/SEM, social, and content marketing
- Familiarity with key marketing technologies is a plus-experience with platforms such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) is highly valued
- Deep understanding of how brand, voice, and visuals work together across platforms
- Strong sense of current fashion trends and style, with an eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
- Exceptional storytelling ability-whether through a product catalog, a digital campaign, or a keynote deck
- Creative instinct paired with analytical mindset-comfortable making decisions based on data and gut
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a collaborative and empowering style
